The earlier the better, less people means more opportunity to enjoy these stones. There’s a good amount of parking space on the long road the runs along.

Very beautiful place and the air was so fresh, surrounding by snowy top mountain. Great place to walk and play with kids and dogs.

Don't climb on the rocks or you'll risk some busy body telling you to get off. On second thoughts, climb on the rocks. Go with the experience and enjoy!

Try and time your visit for sunset. The shadows add loads of atmosphere to an already stunning location.

Huge stone circle with an absolutely stunning backdrop. A must visit when in the lakes.

Just stones and the view, nothing much to see. The ground gets muddy with patches of water when wet. Should take your wellies with you.
